RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale granted on December 10, 2019 and entered in Case No. 17-CA-004876 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and KHALED MOSTAFA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 13, VILLAS OF WESTSHORE PALMS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 109, Page 7, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
