NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of November, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19004082CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and KIRA ANN LABERENZ; KEVIN MICKLE JR A/K/A KEVIN SCOTT MICKLE, JR.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of January 2020, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, OLDSMAR COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE(S) 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
