NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 26th day of August 2019, and entered in Case No. 14-008954-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2 ASSET BACKED NOTES, is the Plaintiff and LARRY R. MARTIN; LENDMARK FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.-INACTIVE; ROBERTA L. MARTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of February 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
