NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-005068 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Carole E. Martin a/k/a Carole E. Charles a/k/a Carole E. Charles Martin; United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 21th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
