NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on December 18, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-003933-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, LLC and Macana Investments, LLC are the Plaintiffs and Debbie Evans Bacon together with any, heirs, devisees,grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said defendant(s), and all other persons claiming by, through or against Defendants and Mortgage Electronic Systems, Inc. as nominee for Equifirst Corporation are the Defendants (Rudolph Cecil Bacon, Unknown Tenants and Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners were dropped from action). Pursuant to said Final Judgment, the Clerk of the Court for Pinellas County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2020, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 2 of Sutton's Resubdivision of Bramell's Subdivision, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 89, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
