YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 79A, Building 79-D, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Mission Hills Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3665, Page 870, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 45-59, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 15, Page 96, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2962 Flint Drive S., Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before on or before a date which us within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
