NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 19-3509-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and BRUCE C. WILLIAMS, JANE WILLIAMS and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY — INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 17 AND LOT 18 LESS N 37 FEET, HANCOCK SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 109, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
