NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-010823-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Virginia Ayala, Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Elizabeth D Arenas a/k/a Elizabeth D Colon, Grisell Gonzales a/k/a Grisell Gonzales Ayala, Holden Ridge Owners Association, Lissette Quang Ayala a/k/a Lissette Ayala Quang, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jose Lopez Ayala, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a William Colon,, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the January 28, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
