NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-010480 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-5, is the Plaintiff and MARK TUCKER A/K/A MARK RANDALL TUCKER A/K/A MARK R. TUCKER; SHANTELL RENEE TUCKER A/K/A SHANTELL R. TUCKER; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SASCO 2004-S3 TRUST; FIRST RESOLUTION INVESTMENT CORP.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; and AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A AVALON PARK RESIDENTIAL OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendant(s), Tiffany Moore, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on February 27, 2020 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
