NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 12, 2019, and entered in Case No. 412016CA002883CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AF1, is Plaintiff, and 62ND STREET PROPERTY LLC, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 98, CORDOVA LAKES, PHASE I, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 150 through 152, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
