NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003011000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and OPEN RANGE PROPERTIES, LLC, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, SAMS LEISURE LAKE ESTATES UNIT 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in PLAT BOOK 58, PLAT PAGE 29, of the Public Records of POLK County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH A 1973 MOBILE HOME BEARING VINS 16124ES4841X/16124ES4841U AFFIXED TO REAL PROPERTY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
