LOT 21 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 20, BLOCK 3, MAYFAIR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 6 AND 6A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROPERTY IS NOW KNOWN AS THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 245 FEET OF THE NORTH 140 FEET OF LOT B, REPLAT OF PART OF MAYFAIR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 512 AVE D SE, WINTER HAVEN, FL 33880; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on February 17, 2020 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
