Spencer, Unknown Party#1 , Unknown Party #3, United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #2 , Unknown Party #4, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the day of 2/12/2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
