NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-000501 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against the Estate of Cheryl C. Turner, deceased; Jody L. French, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Cheryl C. Turner, deceased; The Unknown Successor Trustee of the Turner Family Revocable Trust dated November 17, 1999; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Turner Family Revocable Trust dated November 17, 1999; Belinda L. Turner;Jody L. French a/k/a Jody L. Burk-French; Lajetta A. Turner; Margaret A. Roche; Moon Lake Homeowners Association, Inc.; Robert C. Burk; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 53, BLOCK B, OF MOON LAKES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 103 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
