NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-001132 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-3, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-3, is the Plaintiff and James Clay Fielding, Christina Homeowners' Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Courtney Fielding, Unknown Party #2 N/K/A Dustin Harrison, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the February 4, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
