NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2017-CA-002750-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Robert F. Goff, deceased, Chris Goff, Diane Colichic, Gideon Rignola, Jeffery Goff, Kevin Hoff, Michael Goff, Robert Goff, Jr., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Villa Del Rio Homeowners' Association, Inc., Viva Villas Maintenance Corporation, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 23rd day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
