NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2019, and entered in 2012CA-007043-0000-LK of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE RALI 2007-QS1 is the Plaintiff and KELI N. JOHNSON; THOMAS E. JOHNSON; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N. A.; MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 11, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
