Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order entered in the above-styled Case Number 2019 CA 003648 on January 6, 2020 in the Circuit Court of MANATEE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NUMBER 5941, BUILDING 7 OF WOODLAKE VILLAS AT PALM AIRE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR WOODLAKE VILLAS AT PALM AIRE, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1143, PAGES 433, THROUGH 526 INCLUSIVE, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1143, PAGES 433 THROUGH 526 INCLUSIVE, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGES 184 THROUGH 197, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED BY INSTRUMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1153, PAGE 1165, CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 56-60, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1165, PAGE 611, 628 AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 136, ALL PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, 131 THRU TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 7, 2020. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
