Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 004262 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-QA6 is the Plaintiff, and LESLIE HENDRICKS, LISA SELLITTI AS INTERIM SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE CLAIRE L. HENDRICKS LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 02/24/99, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CENTRAL PARK SECTION II, CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE CLAIRE L. HENDRICKS LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 02/24/99; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE CLAIRE HENDRICKS A/K/A CLAIRE L. HENDRICKS A/K/A CLAIRE LOUISE HENRICKS F/K/A CLAIRE L. SULLIVAN LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 02/24/99; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A NANCY DIEHL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on February 24, 2020 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 308, BUILDING 3, CENTRAL PARK II, CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2963, PAGE 143 AND AS AMENDED PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 46, 46A THROUGH 46P, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
