NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT B, BUILDING C-6-3, THE WILDS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORIDNG TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 148 TO 153, AS AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 96 AND 97, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R.BOOK 1184, PAGE 1213, ET. SEQ. AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. WITH THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY ADDRESS: 6014 Wilds Drive, Holiday, Florida, 34691.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 6, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
