NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-001622-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE MONEY SOURCE INC., Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ELLEN DORROUGH AKA VERTIE ELLEN DORROUGH, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 30 day of January, 2020, the following described property:
LOT 24, BLOCK 35, UNIT 2, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
