NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2019, and entered in 11-2017-CA-001534-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-7 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY A. LOFENDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY A. LOFENDO AKA ANTHONY AUGUST LOFENDO are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on January 30, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 16, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 2, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGES 75 AND 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
