NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2019, entered in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 001065 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CATHY MAYER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JULIA A. ANSON REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, is Plaintiff, and DAVID DREWETT, SHERRI DREWETT, HUNTINGTON POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., SKIRBALL FAMILY LLC, SKIRBALL FAMILY LTD, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell following property located in SARASOTA County, Florida:
Lot 117, HUNTINGTON POINTE, Unit II, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
To the highest and best bidder for cash, in the in the Sarasota County Courthouse in the City of Sarasota, Florida, via Internet: www.sarasota. realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on February 5, 2020
The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The successful bidder must pay the balance of the final bid amount plus the court registry fees no later than 4:00 pm ET on the day of the sale or by the deadline stated in the judgment.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY(60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
