NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered on September 26, 2019 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will on January 30, 2020, at 11:00 AM EST, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida:
TRACT 29 LESS THE WEST 340 FEET THEREOF, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
