NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2019, and entered in 2018CA002181CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANN COLONDRIS, DECEASED; VILLAGE OF GLENWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; LOUIS COLONDRIS ; SANDRA NERZIG are the Defendant(s).
