RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on December 17, 2019 in Case No. 2014CA-003891-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff, and JORGE SOTO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 787, Poinciana, Neighborhood 5 North, Village 3, According to the Official Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, pages 27 through 42, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
