NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2019, entered in Case No.: 19-CA-2672 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GLORIA ROCAMORA A/K/A GLORIA L. ROCAMORA, UKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA ROCAMORA A/K/A GLORIA L. ROCAMORA, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on January 23, 2020 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed
The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 2 OF MARJORY B. HAMNER'S RENMAH, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 118 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO KNOWN AS 2108 W. HENRY AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33603.
NOTICE Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
