Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2019, in Case No.: 2019-CA-002379-ES, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MEADOW POINTE IV-A MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SHANNEL LEGGETT and TIM LEGGETT are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat, at 11:00 a.m., on March 16, 2020, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 11, Block 6 of MEADOW POINTE IV PARCEL “AA” NORTH PHASE “2”, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, Page(s) 15-27, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
