NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 23, 2019 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-001704, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LEINORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES ROWLAND BECKER SR A/K/A JAMES R. BECKER, SR., DECEASED; JAMES ROWLAND BECKER, JR. A/K/A JAMES R. BECKER, JR., AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES ROWLAND BECKER SR A/K/A JAMES R. BECKER SR. A/K/A JAMES ROWLAND BECKER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ELSA CHALMERS TRUST DTD 8/2/85; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on February 24, 2020 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 456 OF THE NORTH 90 FEET OF LOT FIVE (5) OF MARIANA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 73, RESERVING A LIFE ESTATE IN THE GRANTOR.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
