NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-002146, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-OPT2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LEO HAYES WILLIAMS A/K/A LEO H. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEO HAYES WILLIAMS A/K/A LEO H. WILLIAMS; WENDY WILLIAMS; LEO C. WILLIAMS; CHRISTINA WILLIAMS; MRC RECEIVABLES CORPORATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO HOUSEHOLD BANK (SB), N.A., are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30TH day of JANUARY, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
