NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-001048 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. WOODS; PATRICIA WOODS, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, HIDDEN FOREST EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2103 Herndon Street, Dover, Florida 33527
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
