NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 02, 2019, and entered in 12-CA-002397 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and YVES FORCILUS; IMMACULA FORCILUS A/K/A IMMACULA BOYER FORCILUS A/K/A IMMACULA B. FORCILUS; BLACKSTONE AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 28, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
