NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-007015, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and LOIS SHINDORF A/K/A LOIS ZIMMER; THE GOLF & SEA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JENNA HAMMER; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-3, THE GOLF & SEA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4913, PAGE 1805, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM APPURTENANT THERETO
