NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2019 and entered in Case No. 19-CA-001898 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein BANKUNITED N.A., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MICHAEL W. SCHROEDER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL W. SCHROEDER; RUPERT SCHROEDER; JEFFREY SCHROEDER; CAROLYN CONNELLY; JENNIFER BUNCH, are Defendants, PAT FRANK will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
