NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 01, 2019, and entered in 17-006682-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA, NA; HERMAN L. ROSS, II; RANDI S. ROSS; GREENHAVEN UNIT ONE ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 29, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
