NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform (Agreed) Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001710, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Avail Holding LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF LEONOR ASTACIO; MILADY ASTACIO; HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RICHARD ASTACIO; MIGUEL ANTHONY ASTACIO; LEONARDO ASTACIO; DANIEL ASTACIO; JUAN ASTACIO A/K/A/ JUANA I. ASTACIO; GRECIA MARIA ASTACIO-BREA; LINDA ASTACO A/K/A LINDA M ASTACIO A/K/A LINDA ASTACIO-HOLDAMPF; MILADY ASTACIO AS GUARDIAN FOR TANYA NICOLE ASTACIO, A MINOR; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are Defendants.
