NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-001617-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA3, Plaintiff, and, GASCON, MATTHEW, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of January, 2020, the following described property:
LOT 17, OAK RUN RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
