NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-008166 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Christopher E. Patsson a/k/a Christoph E. Patsson a/k/a Christopher Ptaszynski a/k/a Krzysztof Emanuel Ptaszynski, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 19, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 04 MINUTES EAST 209.68 FEET; THENCE WEST 722.73 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 125 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 05 MINUTES WEST 150 FEET THENCE EAST 125 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 05 MINUTES EAST 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET FOR PRIVATE ROAD, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
