NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motions, dated November 20th, 2019, entered in Civil Case No: 2013-CA-002829-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHRONOS PARTNERS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, is Plaintiff and PAUL D. MASTERTON, AZIA NOVELO LANE A/K/A AIZA NOVELO MASTERTON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., EQUIFIRST HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, is the Defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall offer for sale the following described property to the highest and best bidder, online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com January 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE FORECLOSURE SALE.
