NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-002835-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3, is Plaintiff and SCOTT A. LUDES A/K/A SCOTT LUDES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT A. LUDES A/K/A SCOTT LUDES; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; DREW ROOFING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 5, VENETIAN ISLES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 24 AND 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1951 Massachusetts Avenue NE, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33703
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
