NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-008484 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-RP2, is Plaintiff, and JOSE DE JESUS PEREZ A/K/A JOSE D J PEREZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of Lot 31A, of the REVISED MAP OF FLORIDA GARDENLANDS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 43, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being described as follows:
Begin at a point on the East boundary of said Lot 31A, a distance of 546.92 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence Westerly a distance of 110 feet; thence Northerly a distance of 108 feet to the Southerly right of way line of Nundy Road; thence Easterly along said right of way a distance of 110 feet to the East boundary of said Lot 31A; thence
Southerly a distance of 108 feet to the Point of Beginning.
