NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 31, 2019 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on March 3, 2020, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Unit F Building 3, THE MOORINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 4948, page 1533, and any amendments thereof and as recorded on Condominium Plat Book 38, Page 42 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereof
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
