HART AKA ALBERT LEE HART, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder
for cash at, www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of February, 2020, the following described property:
LOTS ELEVEN (11), TWELVE (12) AND THIRTEEN (13) OF BLOCK THREE (3) OF MCKNIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
