NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-CA-004751 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, THELMA F. KURT, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of February, 2020, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 62, BUILDING 11, PHASE 9 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WESTWIND PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BK 4721, PAGE 117 ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 9 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDEMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME MAY BE MADE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THAT CERTAIN AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4822, PAGE 433, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
