NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered December 31, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 19-1366-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, AND CREDITORS OF LEVI VALENTINE, JR., DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE ON BEHALF OF THE ESTATE OF LEVI VALENTINE, JR., DECEASED, TODD VALENTINE, RODNEY VALENTINE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 12, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 23, LAKEVIEW HEIGHTS, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 51, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Commonly referred to as 2108 12th Street S, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705-2908
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
