ROESCH III; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., FORMERLY BARNETT BANK, N.A., FORMELRY KNOWN AS BARNETT BANKS TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE BETTY M.
