NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-006651-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A.,AS TRUSTEE OF VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 2001-1, is the Plaintiff and AL KHLEIF; MEILIN KHEIF A/K/A MEILIN KHLEIF; FLORIDA FIRST ESCROW COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE 9120 SOUTHERN COMFORT DRIVE TRUST DATED JANUARY 1, 2002; and PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 18, 2020 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
