NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, and entered in 18-004782-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R4 is the Plaintiff and KERILYNN TREFNY A/K/A KERI L. TREFNY A/K/A KERILYNN P. TREFNY; MARK C. TREFNY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 12, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25 IN BLOCK C OF GLENELLYN SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, ON PAGE 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
