NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-010443-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COUNTRY PARK CO-OP, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit, is the Plaintiff and REBECCA APPEL, an heir and beneficiary, DAVID BENEDICT, an heir and beneficiary, VIVIAN FANTON-BENEDICT, an heir and surviving spouse, any and all UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, and all others who may claim an interest in the ESTATE OF DEAN BENEDICT, DECEASED, including any and all UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION of the subject property, are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on February 21, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Leasehold interest in Lot No. 615 of COUNTRY PARK CO-OP, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, situated on the following described real property, to wit:
Unit/Lot No. 615 of COUNTRY PARK CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in 0. R. Book 11198, Page 664, et. seq., as amended, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement, commonly known as 2331 Belleair Road, Unit 615, Clearwater, FL 33764.

TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of COUNTRY PARK CO-OP, INC., and including Membership Certificate # 615, representing one (1) share in COUNTRY PARK CO-OP, INC., and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1971 Trophy Tropica mobile home, VIN# 1500A and 1500B, Title# 4703730 and 4703731, and Real Property Decal # 12054741 and 12054742, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
