NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019-CA-007119-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, BETTY NOWELL AKA BETTY L. NOWELL, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of February, 2020, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. VIZ:
LOT 2, BLOCK 25, RICHMOND HEIGHTS, UNIT #5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
